I was served patiently by a lovely young assistant. I bought 3 items but when I went to the cash register the lady I assume to be the manager never bothered to greet us in any way. When my card wouldn't work the first time she just asked if I wanted to try again. A goodbye with no smile followed my payment so I made a point of thanking the young assistant on my way out. One really kind assistant and one rather cold one.
