One of the best shop in Pisa
Grande e ben fornito, il personale gentile e disponibile. Mi piace molto la campagna di ecosostenibilità che sta portando avanti ovs, con il tracciamento delle risorse usate per produrre i capi. Quindi do 5 stelle meritate, anche se ci sono dei margini di miglioramento: a volte in negozio è un po' difficile orientarsi per trovare le cose (anche se questo è un problema condiviso da molti negozi di grandi dimensioni), e inoltre il sito ovs dà disponibili in negozio degli articoli che in realtà non ci sono (questo probabilmente per un problema di difficile aggiornamento della merce presente in tempo reale). Comunque problemi di poco conto! esperienza positiva e ottimo personale, dall'ingresso, al consiglio, alla cassa. Edit 24 novembre: oggi sono andata in negozio e ho assistito ad un alterco tra il ragazzo all'ingresso (che è sempre professionale e gentile) e un cliente. Il cliente gli ha detto di "tornare a casa sua" e il ragazzo si è giustamente risentito. Il cliente evidentemente non si aspettava che il ragazzo gli rispondesse per le rime e invece di vergognarsi e scusarsi per la frase che aveva detto si è rivolto alla direzione. Vorrei dire che il cliente non sempre ha ragione, e che il ragazzo ogni volta che entro ha sempre un comportamento impeccabile, quindi da parte mia dico che se ovs si è meritata le mie 5 stelle è anche grazie a lui!
